My Responsibilities
Designed and delivered the end-to-end onboarding flow, incorporating Right to Work compliance checks. Created the job board experience featuring smart job cards, advanced filtering options, and one-tap application. Developed a comprehensive worker dashboard that includes performance tracking, bank setup, payslip access, e-learning modules, and document management. Led UX research, usability testing, prototyping, and collaborated closely with developers during handoff.
Seamless Onboarding with Right to Work Compliance
The Problem: Users needed a straightforward and guided onboarding process that helped them set up their profile including selecting a location, adding relevant experience and skills, and completing the Right to Work compliance steps.
UX Goal: Make legal compliance simple, visual, and progressive, reducing friction while collecting all required information up front.
The Solution: Developed a progressive onboarding flow capturing location, skills, and experience, with integrated Right to Work verification for a compliant and user-friendly start.



Fast & Focused Job Discovery Experience
The Problem: Users needed a fast and intuitive way to discover and apply for relevant jobs without having to sift through cluttered or irrelevant listings.
UX Goal: Design a clean, focused job board optimised for scan and apply behaviour, helping users quickly find roles that match their preferences.
The Solution: Designed a fast, filterable job board with interactive map view and expandable cards for efficient job discovery and one-tap applications. Also designed a smart filtering feature to help users narrow down required results.


All-in-One Worker Dashboard for Self-Service
The Problem: Users lacked a central place to track performance, manage documents, and access earnings info.
