Background: Sparked by curiosity after seeing a billboard van and speaking to a local business owner, it became clear that the booking process was manual, with unclear pricing and no easy tracking. Similar challenges affect individual seeking personal-use options. This highlighted the need for a simple, transparent booking platform.

Method: Informal interviews with business owners and individuals.

Market Context: Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising is the fastest-growing segment, expected to reach £919 million in 2025 (Statista). Nearly 98% of UK adults see OOH ads weekly, highlighting its strong visibility and impact.

Key Insights:

  • Businesses find the booking process manual, opaque, and lacking in tracking.

  • Individuals are often unaware of personal-use options and  and encounter similar barriers.

  • Users seek flexibility, transparent pricing, and dependable tracking features.

Splash Screen: Designed to give users a clear, welcoming start and instantly convey the app’s purpose, easy billboard van booking.

Onboarding: Designed for speed and ease, the onboarding flow lets users quickly log in or sign up, giving them immediate access to explore and book billboard vans removing barriers to getting started.

Home: Quick access to popular nearby billboard van providers, letting users browse, compare, and book in a simple, guided flow.

Guided Booking Flow: Users select date, time, location, and content, then preview their advertisement exactly as it will appear on the van. A transparent booking summary with clear pricing is shown before submitting their request ensuring confidence and clarity at every step.

Flexibility & Transparency: Easily book multi-day moving billboard van campaigns, target key areas, and view clear pricing at every step maximising impact with no hidden costs.

Bookings: Effortlessly track, sign contract, pay, and manage bookings backed by real-time updates and clear, actionable insights.

Live Tracking: Users get real-time location updates and campaign metrics, offering complete visibility and control so they can monitor progress, optimize impact, and stay confident throughout every campaign and later can provide feedback to the provider.
